On October 28, 2022, the Rotary Club of Koronadal held its Color Me Fun Run to raise breast cancer awareness during Pink October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The club has held the event every year since 2017, except for two years during the pandemic. The South Cotabato Medical Society has been its partner since 2019. Proceeds go to projects of both organizations, including funding biopsy fees for indigent patients in South Cotabato. Dr Arturo P Pingoy Medical Center provided 10 free mammogram certificates, which were raffled out.
Paeng did not stop the run. Participants braved the rain and painted the park pink, orange and yellow. The club thanked everyone who came and helped, and called it a colorful and wet run.
