President-Elect Fe Montaño and Secretary-Elect Jo Ann Gumbao joined fellow Rotary leaders at The Farm at Carpenter Hill in Koronadal City on April 16 to 18, 2026, for the District 3860 PELS-SELS and the Club Leadership and Grant Management Learning Seminars.
District Governor-Elect (DGE) Arlene Juele Adlawan led the seminars and opened them with a message built on the theme "Create Lasting Impact." Her sessions were designed to equip the incoming team for Rotary Year 2026-2027 and stressed that strong clubs build stronger communities.
PAG John Thomas Franco, IPP Donna May Ligo, PP Arnel Robles and various club officers supported the incoming executives.
The three-day event focused on strategic leadership and grants management, and ended with a shared commitment to create lasting impact across the district.
