Socomedics outreach gives 23 women permanent family planning
Socomedics Medical Center held its 4th Bilateral Tubal Ligation outreach on April 24, 2026, serving 23 women with the Rotary Club of Koronadal and other partners.
On April 24, 2026, Socomedics Medical Center (SMC) held its 4th Bilateral Tubal Ligation (BTL) Outreach Program at the SOCOMEDICS Medical Center on Judge Alba Street, Zone III, Koronadal City. The outreach provided permanent family planning to 23 local women.
The program was made possible through a partnership with the Rotary Club of Koronadal, South Cotabato Medical Society, POGS-Koronadal, ICM, IPHO, CHO, FPOP and Galenx.
To support patient recovery, Armann Pharma and Español Pharmacy provided free take-home medications. The post described the outreach as showing SMC's continued commitment to making quality reproductive healthcare accessible to the community.
