Solar lights and medical supplies for Sitio Blit
After a fellowship night, the club prepared solar lights and medical supplies for the health center and sitio hall in Sitio Blit, Brgy. Ned, Lake Sebu.
The members of the Rotary Club of Koronadal held a fellowship night that turned into a service project. Solar lights and medical supplies were to be turned over to the Sitio Blit Health Center and Sitio Hall in Brgy. Ned, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato.
Sitio Blit is one of the areas in Lake Sebu without electricity. The community also went through an influenza outbreak that took the lives of four children.
The club hopes the solar lights will bring light to the community and that the medical supplies will help improve residents' health and well-being. It thanked everyone who contributed to the initiative.
