The Rotary Club of Koronadal held a Christmas outreach for the 132 pupils and 90 families of Lamkot Elementary School in Sitio Lamkot in December 2022. The club donated 50 monobloc chairs and a 32-inch Smart TV to the school.
Pupils received lunch boxes, school kits, slippers and hygiene kits. The Philippine Dental Association held a dental mission, staged a puppet show and handed out dental kits. Each of the 90 families received a grocery pack and 5 kg of rice. Seedlings were also turned over to the school.
Teachers received Christmas packs, and the children and parents enjoyed ice cream. The club said the nutrition program is set to continue in January.
